Prakash, a loving father and dutiful son, juggles taking care of his two kids, elderly parents, and a low-paying job at a small-town hotel. His dream of a promotion crumbles when the hotel shuts down due to financial woes. Torn between responsibility and his children's needs, Prakash gets a life-changing offer - a well-paying job in Mumbai.
